Being alone is often associated with negativity, but this is not always the case. Having alone time, for me, feels refreshing. Quality alone time where I do something for myself such as learning, exercising, or relaxing; helps me unwind and energises me for the next thing, particularly when I spend time outside. It’s positive.
Being lonely on the other hand is a negative. When I feel lonely I feel empty. And I think you can be both at the same time. Having alone time can help.
